INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS
The Housing Authority of the Town of Greenwich (the “HATG”) invites sealed Bids, consisting of Proposals and Qualifications totaling a Request for Qualifications (“Bid(s)”), on the forms attached hereto for: Vinci Gardens Senior Housing, as described herein, in the included plans and specifications, and as further discussed. The buildings’ address is listed below:

Bids will be received at the offices of Mr. Anthony L. Johnson, Housing Authority of the Town of Greenwich, 249 Milbank Avenue, Greenwich, Connecticut 06830, executed and sealed in an envelope marked “Vinci Gardens Senior Housing. Sealed Bid, Do Not Open”, May 30, 2024 at 4.00 pm. This submission shall include four (4) copies including the original. Instructions to Bidders and a Form for Proposal are contained herein. Any Bid not prepared and submitted in accordance with the provisions stated herein will be considered as informal/incomplete and subject to possible rejection.

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the 69 Vinci Drive, Greenwich, CT 06830, on May 1, 2024 at 10.00 am. A conference checklist is included in this packet which must be signed in acknowledgement that items addressed were observed.
