PROJECT LOCATION
Cornerstone Community Church, 718 West Avenue, Norwalk, CT, requests bids for the structural stabilization and restoration of the Church’s north tower.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
All work must be performed in accordance with the Contract Documents and meet the Secretary of Interior’s Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties.
LICENSING AND BONDS
Bidders shall be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, a separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder at the time a contract is signed. In addition, the successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each equal to 100 % of the Construction Contract Amount, as required by the Contract Documents
